Following 10 years at Yell, Spencer formed Just Internet Solutions after identifying the importance of online branding and web marketing as the future life blood of businesses in the UK. His main role is to ensure Just Internet Solutions’ services and skillsets always remain at the forefront of an increasingly fast-moving market place. Fully relates to the ethos that by “looking after clients” properly and professionally, Just Internet Solutions will continue to be successful. The aim has always been to avoid the technological jargon and deal with clients as equals so they can make informed decisions regarding their online presence. Tries to impress to the team that “although we may not always get it right, we will always strive to do the right job.”
JAYNE ANGLESEA

Jayne was a co-founder of the company and brought with her a wealth of operational management skills gained with Regus. She is currently responsible (along with Amy) for all aspects of administration, HR and accountancy within the business. Since leaving the corporate world, she has had to develop new skills in order to ensure Just Internet continues to run smoothly and efficiently.

Ben joined us back in October 2013 in Business Development and New Sales, In October 2020 Ben took on a more internal role, working closely with our Key Accounts and ensuring that we are continuously offering our clients the best advice and marketing solutions. Having worked in the industry for nearly 8 years Ben has a strong understanding of what our clients should expect from their campaigns and takes pride in making sure this is delivered as a minimum. He spends time analysing the accounts and uses his knowledge to look for opportunities in the ever-evolving market that could be lucrative for the client.

Coming from a strong, experienced background in marketing, Naomi has a keen passion for the industry. Her expertise in the field is balanced with her love of developing positive working relationships with our customers and delivering the best results. Naomi is dedicated to developing the team and business as a whole, as well as providing proven strategies to take our client campaigns to the next level.

Mike Taylor joined Just Internet Solutions in the spring of 2010. With over 25 years’ experience in website design, Mike’s wealth of knowledge covers all aspects of the online world from web design, hosting, programming, databases, project development and IT. His experience and dedication mean our studio supports all our client’s varying requirements. As the head of the Studio team, Mike is constantly passing on his knowledge and ensures that every product or service the design team delivers is second to none.

Nigel has worked with Just Internet for more than 10 years, both as a freelancer and a full-time employee in the positions of graphic designer and front-end developer. He has a wealth of creative knowledge and, with online branding as important as it is, continues to provide an invaluable service to all our clients. With a keen eye for detail, Nigel continues to provide cutting-edge design services for company branding and site design. He creates logos, mailshots, website banners and complete websites for our clients. Since graduating with a First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Design & Illustration, Megan has years of experience working both freelance and in creative studios before joining Just Internet. Her skills include Graphic Design for both digital and print, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Design and Video Editing. Megan is a quick learner with endless creative energy. She sets out to learn as much as she can with the goal of creating innovative websites with positive user experiences.

Chris joined us in early 2018, bringing a wealth of valuable knowledge in Graphic and Web Design. With years of experience and an understanding of modern website design, he is an incredible asset to the studio team. His current knowledge is supported by a desire to learn and improve, and he has already made himself an invaluable member of the design department. In addition to working on graphic and website design, he has also taken on the creation of many of our clients’ mailshots and newsletters! As part of his ever-growing list of roles in our business, Chris has also brought his technical knowledge into the SEO department, helping to integrate design and marketing into one, holistic approach.

David is a great addition to the team. Starting off as a sales manager, he has continued to engage with SEO and digital marketing on a more technical level. His combination of many years’ experience in a business development role, and his passion for SEO, allows him to drive businesses and recognise opportunities that others miss! Georgia joined the SEO team with a distinct background in paid advertising. She has a keen interest in SEO and the creativity of content writing and as a result, enjoys and excels when it comes to search engine optimisation. Having an eye for design means that not only does she take the time to ensure the sites are optimised, they also look great, are fit for purpose and perhaps most importantly, convert. Georgia is eager to continue to learn and develop her skills in technical optimisation as well as all other aspects of SEO to enable her to provide the best service to our clients.

Matt recently joined us as an SEO Consultant and brings with him nine years’ experience in digital and content marketing. In previous roles, he has written content for clients in the Public, Education and Recruitment sectors. Whether tasked with writing a ‘must-share’ article, scroll-stopping social post or an irresistible headline, Matt is committed to translating raw ideas into engaging content. He is now relishing the challenge of achieving results for our SEO clients.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys going to the gym, playing the guitar and is also one of several metal and classic rock aficionados on the team!

Liam joined Just Internet with a background in sales. With the pandemic resulting in lots of time off and reflection, Liam found his lost passion for SEO and digital marketing from when he was at college. With many of open days, marketing courses in Manchester and dead ends, he applied for the Junior Executive role here and has been loving life since! – what are the odds of that?! Liam’s attention to detail, flair for content writing and ability to think big when it comes to campaigns has made him an integral part of the SEO team. If he isn’t down the pub with his mates, as a self-proclaimed virtuoso, you’ll find him at his local social club practising Snooker and is a core asset for his team. Liam loves all kinds of music and can't go anywhere without his earphones!

Ashley recently joined the team as an SEO Executive, after working in an SEO role for nearly four years previously. After finishing college, Ashley decided she’d rather go into a full-time job than university, and completed a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship to gain a real insight into the work she was completing. This enabled her to have the experience and skills she needed for her day-to-day role. Outside of her role, Ashley loves to tap into her creative side by drawing, as well as going on walks, taking photos, and spending time with her cats.

CONTENT WRITER
Steve is a passionate writer, driven by the excitement of creating unique content for all our clients. Able to create engaging articles, press releases, blogs and on-page content, Steve’s an essential part of both our web design and digital marketing departments. He helps to get new sites off the ground, and can even translate complicated services, products and more into easily-understandable terms. Essential to developing our client’s brand voices and online identities, Steve’s also an avid golfer and bass guitarist.

Amy joined the Just Internet team in early 2019, with more than 10 years’ experience as an accountant, manager and human resources expert. Since leaving college in 2008, she’s worked for RBS as a cashier, chief cashier, deputy manager and service quality manager before joining the Just Internet family. Outside of work, she has two beautiful children, is a girl guiding leader and is a qualified baby yoga instructor. We’re still waiting for her to explain what baby yoga is too!

FINANCE & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Fiona joined Just Internet in 2021 as an integral asset to the administrative team. Having begun her career as a Writer in the Royal Navy, then spending most of her working life as a PA in the Education Sector, Fiona brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her department. Outside the office, Fiona loves spending time with her children and granddaughter, taking her dog Bella for long, countryside walks, and enjoying some thrifty shopping in charity shops.
OLLIE ANGLESEA
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
In February 2022 we were joined by another Anglesea as Oliver joined us straight from his account management role in the timber industry which followed his university degree in music at Salford University. Ollie as he likes to be called has always had a passion for music and outside of his work is the frontman for up and coming band The Lilacs. Ollie has joined us in a sales/service role and he will be responsible for looking after clients old and new ensuring the expectations from their websites are being met. He will be involved in new websites, SEO campaigns and all things digital as he continues to provide our clients with great products and service in an industry which has been somewhat tarnished over the years. He will be splitting his time between our wigan base and windermere office as he begins his journey on what we hope will be his long term career.
